1 Grab Your P. Terry’s Receipt
Grab your P. Terry’s register receipt and click on the button below. You’ll be directed towards the official website of P. Terry’s guest experience survey. Alternatively, click here to provide additional feedback.
2 Enter Information from Receipt
P. Terry’s guest experience survey will welcome you to submit your honest feedback. Locate the information on your receipt and enter it down. First, enter the 2-Digit Burget Stand number that would be located on the top side of your receipt. After that, enter the Date and Time from your P. Terry’s register receipt.
Lastly, enter the Order ID and click on the “Start” button to continue. Note that you can click on the “Espanol” link that would be located just below the “Start” button to change the language.
3 Select Your Visit Type
Now the survey will start asking you some questions. First, select your visit type from the given options. You can select from Delivery, Carry-out, Drive-thru, or Dine-in. After that, click on the red “Next” button to continue.
4 Rate Your Overall Satisfaction
Rate your overall satisfaction according to your recent visit to P. Terry’s. You’ll be given five options, “Highly satisfied” being the maximum and “Highly Dissatisfied” being the minimum. Select one option as per your honest experience.
5 Select Items You Ordered
Now P. Terry’s guest survey will ask you to select the items you ordered on your recent visit. Make sure to select all the things you ordered on your visit to P. Terry’s. After that, click on the “Next” button to continue.
6 Rate Your Satisfaction With…
Now P. Terry’s guest survey will ask you to rate your satisfaction with accuracy of your order, ease of placing the order, and more stuff. Make sure to provide an honest rating and move onto the next section.
On the next page, you’ll be asked to rate your satisfaction with things like the taste of food, friendliness of staff, speed of service, etc. Rate according to your experience and click on the “Next” button to continue.
Next up, P. Terry’s will ask you your satisfaction with the overall value for the price you paid. Select one option and continue.
7 Describe Your Less Satisfaction With…
Select options that describe why you were less than satisfied with the taste of your food. After that, click on the “Next” button to continue.
Then, select options that describe your less satisfaction with the cleanliness of the restaurant. After that, move onto the next section.
In this section, you’ll be asked to select the options that describe your less satisfaction with the accuracy of your order. Select all options that apply and continue.
Lastly, selection options that describe why you were less than satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. Select according to your experience and continue.
8 Report Problem & Answer Few More Questions
P. Terry’s survey will ask if you faced any problem during your recent visit. Select one option according to your experience and continue. Note that selecting “Yes” will take you to a new screen where you have to explain the problem.
After that, the survey will ask you your likelihood of returning to P. Terry’s in the next 30 days & how likely would you recommend P. Terry’s to others in the next 30 days. Select one option and move onto the next section.
Then, you’ll be asked to explain why you aren’t satisfied with your P. Terry’s experience. Fill in the input box with your feedback and click on the “Next” button to continue. Now, the survey will ask you three questions. Were you thanked, were you greeted & did the order taker repeated your back. Answer according to your experience and continue.
After that, you’ll be asked how many times you visited P. Terry’s in the past 30 days. Lastly, the survey will ask you if this was your first visit to P. Terry’s.
9 Describe Visit Reason & Provide Details
