Now tell Keg if the preparation of any of the food items you ordered exceed your expectations. Select “Yes” or “No” as per your experience. Selecting the first option will further prompt you with an additional question of telling about the items that exceeded your expectations.
Make sure to be precise and simple when briefing about the items you thought were amazing. Once done, click on the “NEXT” button to continue.
8 Explain Further
Note that if your overall ratings were good, the Keg feedback survey will ask you this question. Otherwise, they’ll ask you to tell why your experience wasn’t up to the mark.
In both scenarios, explain in detail why you think your experience was good/bad at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. You can add complaints, suggestions, appreciations, and more!
