  2. Food good and hot. Couple of errors in order but rectified promptly and politely. Assistant calling out order number ready for collection couldn’t be heard because of very loud – too loud – but good music. I pointed this out when at the till where the music was not nearly so loud.

  3. Hello,
Tonight i went into my local KFC in Bicester and ordered my meal after being ignored for 3 other customers that came in after me. Personally i was in no hurry and i just joined the end of the queue. I hadn’t realised that entering the shop and viewing your menu board before ordering means you then had to join the back of the queue.
Whilst waiting i then had to endure two members of staff arguing. Perhaps if the customer service people could speak and understand customers there wouldn’t be angry customers and tense staff members trying to sort out the problems…really not an enjoyable visit.
