  3. Survey is a joke…….Had lunch for two at BP and one of them was terrific. I asked if the cook would like to sample the dry hard chicken strips he threw on the Salad……..They only charged for the one meal…..I am wondering if the cook or management were counting on the customer being too shy to complain, because, obviously, the chicken strips had been sitting around for several days. It wasn’t a mistake……There was no apology by the management or kitchen staff… The poor waitress was thrown under the bus…. There are a number of restaurants which I avoid like the plague because of this kind of attitude towards the customer. Boston Pizza was one restaurant I thought I could count on……..
