I asked one of your employees to check to see if you had any more gallon jugs of spring water. He immediately went back and checked for me with a great attitude.
I made granola bars today using your Essential brand large marshmallows which were microwaved with peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. I have made this recipe many times, but this is the first time I couldn’t get the marshmallows to melt. After longer than the recommended time of 2-3 minutes in the microwave, the marshmallows were still whole. I went another minute after trying to smash the marshmallows and I finally got a semi melted slimy mixture. I had to throw the whole mixture away and make a trip to the store to buy Kraft marshmallows and start all over. Needless to say, it was a huge inconvenience!

I was in the store last night with my husband, we were at the 440 Wadsworth Blvd location in Lakewood Colorado. ALAZAE SILVA was in the isle and we asked her to help us. She did even though she did not work in that department. She was helpful and had a nice smile and had a great attitude.
