  1. I asked one of your employees to check to see if you had any more gallon jugs of spring water. He immediately went back and checked for me with a great attitude.

  2. I made granola bars today using your Essential brand large marshmallows which were microwaved with peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. I have made this recipe many times, but this is the first time I couldn’t get the marshmallows to melt. After longer than the recommended time of 2-3 minutes in the microwave, the marshmallows were still whole. I went another minute after trying to smash the marshmallows and I finally got a semi melted slimy mixture. I had to throw the whole mixture away and make a trip to the store to buy Kraft marshmallows and start all over. Needless to say, it was a huge inconvenience!
