  1. My husband and I ordered a ping pong table at the Nashua NH store on 8/4 for store pickup.. Our receipt said the delivery date was 8/7, however the sales associate said we should call to confirm that it was available for pick up on that date. On 8/7 I called and was told it was ready for pick up. We drove 30 minutes to the store only to be told it was on the truck. Dennis stated we could come back in 3 to 4 hours to get it. Needless to say we went home and said we’d pick it up the next day. On 8/8 I called again to make sure it was available. Jesse told me it was still on the truck and might not be available until tomorrow. I asked if someone would call me to confirm it was ready. He couldn’t guarantee a callback would Occur. Horrible customer service.
