I was served by Lorna and normally people the consumer is quick to recognise what a member of staff did wrong but I want to praise this lady because through going to different shops and being served today her attitude and the way she went out of her way to make me feel important to make me feel I was getting value for money and great one on one customer service even though the shop was full Lorna still managed to take time to check a price and amend it. Then she thanked me to bringing it to her attention. Please pass on her how I was impressed with good skills and customer service. A true professional on a Sunday afternoon.
