I was browsing at the cosmetics counter at the Mount Royal located at 815-17th Ave. SW Calgary,AB. I was wanting to sample some Guerlain skincare testers as I have sensitive skin.
Julia or Yulia the cosmetician who was conversing loudly on her intimate relationship with the security personel was very rude and spoke to me iderogatorily “Don’t you think you have enough samples already? No more” Julia brought Diego the assistant manager to ask me if I had enough sampling from the tester but saw a small amount of cream in a small jar only and spoke to me in the same derogatory manner.
These people Should Not Be Working with the public!
I was treated so poorly and spoken to in such a derogatory tone and manner by these 3 staff workers that I will be telling all my real estate clients, colleagues and friends how Horrible the experience at this Shopoers Driug Mart!!! They clearly should not be working with the public.
Viviana the cashier was the only staff who was friendly and helpful as I informed her of the incident. She apologized on behalf of their very poor behaviour towards me.
The Worst Shopping experience ever!!!
