It is always a Real Pleasure to visit & eat in the Cafe the food is always fresh & tasty weather it be a breakfast or a snack with a hot drink !!, the cafe is Very Welcoming to kids & adults alike & getting a read of a free paper while waiting for your food !!.

Confused by the instructions regarding where one puts comments about the cafe service. i visited Tesco Culverhouse Cross Cardiff on 30/08/18. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the lunch for the price. The staff were very obliging.. i noticed how overstretched they were. The person at the till was frequently getting up to clean tables and clearing up tables then rushing back to the till to deal with waiting customers. When you see so many people hanging about in some stores, you realise how understaffed that cafe was. i chatted with the person above who confirmed they were short-staffed. Ultimately this affects the service.
Visited Salisbury cafe today. After waiting half an hour and having watched others who arrived after us receive their food, we asked where our lunch was. The order had been lost. We were told that it happened quite often. We asked for a refund which they gave but after deducting the price of our water which we wouldn’t have bought if we had known that we wouldn’t get any food. Will certainly never go there again
