Either stop the linkage to the odd sites or don’t bother to advertise a survey because I will not participate in the future under the current procedures. I have been in retail for over 30 years and have found that customer service in most establishments has been replaced by get in and get out , and when you say thank you the response is generally “no problem”. With Lowes in either London or Brantford that is never the case. the staff at the contractors counter have taken the time with to research the next “weekend warrior” job that I am planning. the layout of your stores is what I am used to in my retail experience. every store is laid out to the same detail so the customer isn’t walking in circles looking for hours. it is a pleasure for me to shop in your stores. my id number is 01829 2492 125
