  1. I will have to say it was one of the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my whole life!!!! I told the salesperson it was like trying to buy a car because it was taking him so long!!! We were there to buy carpet for our home and we got there at around 2:30 pm and didn’t get out of your store until around 7:30 pm. The salesperson didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the manager for the flooring department had to come several times to help him, at one time she ask how things were going and he looked at her and said I’m lost, and she took over and got it right if she hadn’t walked up at that point I was ready to walk out!!!!
