Visited the Letchworth store yesterday, whilst at the checkout i clearly asked for a book of 2nd class stamps for Christmas cards. I don’t buy Ist class stamps. The cashier sold me Ist class stamps which i only noticed when I had paid. Rather than apologise and admit her mistake which i would have readily accepted. She insisted i had asked for 1st class stamps and if i wanted my money back i had to go to customer services. I fully accept we have our off days a simple apology would have done, and not argue with customers.
I went with my husband for weekly shopping at Morrisons Smallheath. The assistant was very caring not only yesterday, whenever i go for shopping always impress with the staff’s welcoming behavior. I think all credit goes to the manager, Barry Baines who had well managed and created a fantastic atmosphere through out the Morrisons store. I’m also member of Lyoness team and getting benefit from their vouchers. I hope in future, Morrisons’ll join Lyoness as well.
The same lady has served me several times with cooked meat on the Morrison’s Deli counter. Her name is Jenny Crooks 239. She always greets you with a smile and is very helpful, pleasant and polite, and if she has no other customers waiting has a brief chat, which all helps to make shopping a more pleasant experience.
i would like to thank Kerry Clotheir Canvey 276 for her help and assistance, and efficiency in finding my lost card, and making my day happy. Thank you again Kerry your an asset to Morrisons.

Shopping in the Perth store I was impressed by the assistant SUSAN. She was both helpful and efficient and extremely pleasant. She was a joy to meet making a mundane task a pleasure. She is a credit to the store.
Just wanted to say what fantastic staff work in the Chippenham store. They managed to make my life easy when I rather late in the day ordered 18lbs of fish – to be skinned and boned for a village supper. Nothing was too much trouble and I would like to single out Sarah from customer services and Shaun and John from the fish counter. Thank you your kindness and positivity was much appreciated.
