  1. I’m assuming this is for the 99 Cent Only store survey. First of all, it’s NOT “99 Cent Only” and not all the items are marked that are not 99 cents. Second, you have the rudest cashiers I’ve ever seen. I was 2nd in line and the cashier just turned her light off and put her sign up to go to another register and walked off her register. Went to the only other cashier that was open and she tried to do the same thing to me. I told her “I just got booted off that register to come over here and now you’re trying to tell me to go back.” She said, “Well, technically you’re the 3rd person in line so I can make you go to another register. First of all, I was NOT the 3rd person in line. I was the next person in line to be checked out. I told her had she made me move back to the other register again, I would file a complaint. She said “well the owners standing right there if you want to file one.” She was rude, and sarcastic and has no business taking care of customers…last time I checked, “customers are the ones keeping this place in business! Apparently the owner doesn’t give a crap either because nothing was said or done about the situation. You have definitely lost a customer and I will never shop in that store again!!

  2. Your San Antonio store at West Avenue and Basse is a zoo. There are 6-10 women that show up every Mon-Wed-Fri and they block access to the refrigerator with their carts and bodies grabbing everything the stocker is trying to put out. They also grab up to 6 items of anything worth having and don’t let the rest of us even get 1. They can’t possibly use/consume what they buy.

    I have voiced complaints to the store manager to the point of restricting parking of carts in front of the refrigerator and also putting a limit of 2 special/sale items per customer. Even the cashiers and floor stockers think there should be a limit. The store does limit the store ad specials that come out once or twice a year and no one is offended by that process.

    I was in the store at 9 am this morning and there were already 6 carts waiting for the truck to arrive.I just got two items and left.
    Please do something about this problem.
