    1. Dear Aldi
I bought a russell hobbs kettle at aldi in durnford street plymouth for a housebound lady whose kettle was not working properly.
She followed the instructions eg to boil the water prior it’s use. The lady says she repeatedly got the taste of metal from the water when making tea. The lady is 84yrs of age
Unfortunately the receipt was shredded by error along with other papers, therefore I am unable to provide the code to the same.
The kettle was £19.99.Is there any chance i could get a refund
Please can you help me to resolve above.
      Thanking you in anticipation
      Mrs Nolan

  1. I go to Aldi several times a week – the prices are great and the quality of the food and other goods is excellent. I like the fact that the stores are fairly small but well laid out so that i’s easy to find what you want. They still have a good range of regular items for sale including all the special offers which are kept in the central part of the stores so you can have a look through them for any bargains if you want or just whizz round the food part if you’re in a hurry…The staff are always friendly and helpful and I always get through the checkout quickly without queuing for long and if you do buy something which turns out to be unsuitable there is a quick and easy returns process. No complaints from me.

  2. Cardigan
Staff are amazing and so polite and helpful but apparently their delivery time has bee altered and my Saturday morning visit at 8.30 was like getting around an obstacle course. Unitainers all over, boxes all over and NO tomatoes and no cauliflowers – i was told they’d be out on sale in an hour………………………….well why don’t I call back or go to Tesco nearly next door? .
Stop putting your staff in Cardigan under so much pressure – get that delivery sorted early – this was appalling and so unfair on the staff and customers

  3. Small, friendly and easy to shop as all stores are the same layout. Great idea to have headsets. Fabulous quality and fair prices. Staff are so happy and helpful , nothing is too much trouble, also never have to wait long, lots if tills, perfecf!

I think the head microphones are a great idea too.so thst stsff csn check oroduvts at the till or on the shop floor. Its my favourite suoermarket!

  5. Every one is so friendly and ready to help you when you need it . I can all way find wnat I need in the store
