  1. I am a very long standing customer of M&S . I have tried several times recently tried to buy size 18 long trousers. I have searched the rails but you seem to think that women size 18 are short in the leg why is this ? I know I can order on line but surely it is not beyond your staff to ensure that there is a selection of sizes on the rails it is totally unbelievable that you a seem to be unaware just what your customers require, You really need to sort this problem out. I have questioned several staff members and they tell me that they do forward this problem on to the people who have the power to rectify these it. Please ensure that I do not continue to find this very frustrating problem in future. after all, size 18 long must be a very popular size otherwise they would be available on the racks. .
