  1. We ordered some items for home delivery for Sun. March 22. They didn’t arrive. I called Market Street in Colleyville to see what had happened. the curb side pick person didn’t know his head from a hole in the ground. He said he had no control over what happened that a 3rd party company was doing the deliveries.He gave me 3 different phone numbers to call of assistance one was a pharmacy number another was to a customer service line that is only open Mon-Fri..3rd number was his number. Needless to say I was very upset. I finally talked to Andrew #403. He listened to me rant and calmed me down. He then said he would make the delivery himself. Within 25 min. he delivered the order. A huge thank you to Andrew #403.Hopefully management gives him a pat on the back he more than heis job required.
